By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website.
Tessera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account
Account Registration
You may place orders by creating an account or checking out as a guest. Creating an account allows faster checkout and access to order history.
You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Tessera is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must report any unauthorized use immediately.
Eligibility
Accounts may only be created by individuals aged 18 and above. Minors may use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Responsible Use
You agree not to:
- Post misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Place fraudulent or false orders
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or accounts

Account Suspension or Termination

- Engage in activity harmful to Tessera
Termination does not affect prior obligations or liabilities.
3. Product Orders
Product Information
Tessera aims to ensure all product details are accurate, but errors or inaccuracies may occur. All products are subject to availability.
Images and descriptions are for reference only. Actual items may vary due to lighting, display settings, or sourcing differences.
Tessera reserves the right to correct errors or cancel orders at any time. Any affected orders will be handled strictly under the Exchange Policy (No Refund).
Some content may be historical and not reflect the latest updates.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are inclusive of 12% VAT unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed via Paynamics and may include:
- Credit and Debit Cards
- Online Banking
- Bank Transfers
- E-wallets
By purchasing, you agree to Paynamics’ Terms and Privacy Policy. Tessera does not store full payment details.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are subject to acceptance by Tessera. We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or limit any order due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational limitations.
If an order is canceled after payment, resolution will follow the Exchange Policy (No Refund). Refunds are not issued.
Exception – Manifest Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, Tessera may cancel the order and void the transaction. In such cases, payment will be returned via the original method.
6. Order Processing
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If an item becomes unavailable or incorrectly priced, Tessera may cancel or modify the order. These cases follow the Exchange Policy (No Refund), except for manifest pricing errors.
Tessera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from such changes.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Acceptance
Orders are shipped nationwide via third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once handed to the courier, Tessera is not liable for delays, loss, or damage, but will assist in coordination when needed.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Errors may result in delays or additional charges.
Orders may be received by the customer or an authorized representative. While inspection is encouraged, it may not always be possible.
Once accepted, or after the inspection period lapses, items are deemed received in good condition and fall under the Exchange Policy (No Refund).
8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, logos, and designs—is owned by Tessera or its licensors and protected by law.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tessera shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Content inaccuracies
- Unauthorized account access
- Courier or third-party failures
- Force majeure events
- Harmful transmissions such as viruses or malware
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tessera harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Tessera may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
12. Non-Waiver, Severability & Governing Law
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be filed in the proper courts of Makati City.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Tessera regarding website use.
Any ambiguities shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.
